ATS and BTS points fix please.

To whoever can help me with this problem,

I do not go onto BTS and am not sure if I ever have. At the bottom of my avatar in my public profile it shows my points. BTS shows - and ATS +. I have no idea why i have any points in BTS. I have to subtract to figure out how many points i have.

Just want the BTS points to be erased altogether, or at least be reset to 0 and the points subtracted from my ATS points. It bothers me, please help.

Well that can happen when you have bought something from the ATS store like a new background or text color for example. The reason it does this is because the default setting for spending points from the store is set to 'use combined points' meaning your spending ATS and BTS points, something which most people don’t seem to notice.

Just before clicking on enter, thus buying whatever it is you want, click where it says ‘use combined points’ and change it to 'use ATS points' so in the future it won’t go further into the minus.

As far as I know, you can't have the points reset but a MOD may be able to help you out with this problem still.

Yeah, I'm negative as well. It has to do with the store. When you purchase you have to specify where the points get deducted as the default takes from BTS & ATS thus if your BTS is empty it goes negative. I just wish my Bank would do that, so I only have to spend half of my money.

There have been other threads where mods have magically fixed users points.

I've balanced both of your BTS accounts.

Now, there is a $75 fee for this service, and a $50 fee for the overdraft penalty.
