If it does stay weaker (since we are not fully into the 'Active' month of August), it will hopefully allow the right people to be able to get a
glimpse into the possibilities of what a stronger storm might do.
Since this will be the first time that meterologists around the world will be able to study the impacts of a tropical storm over the oil spill, the
insight gained should at least help to be a little bit more prepared for 'if' something bigger does come along in August or September.
