BP Is Buying Up Gulf Scientists At $205 An Hour And A Non-Disclosure Agreement

BP has signed prominent American scientists to lucrative research contracts that come with non-disclosure agreements, according to Press-Register.

Professors at Louisiana State University, University of Southern Mississippi and Texas A&M have agreed to work for BP at $205 an hour. The rules of academia say these professors are allowed to work as outside consultants for up to eight hours per week.

Science departments that refused to sign non-disclosure agreements were not hired.

Go figure. Bp is trying to buy out all the scientists... What are they thinking?!?! If I was running BP, I would be laying low, and be completely honest with the American people. We can only take so much!!

Heard they were looking for scientists recently.. I was hopeful that most scientists would tell them to go shove it and not get involved. Looks like money can get anybody..

The next thing we can expect is a "science review" stating that everything is scientifically OK in the gulf, the leak is stopped, the water is fine and we should go about our business as usual!

Could it be that BP finally has to let real proffesionals handle this situation. As far as the non disclosure goes, this should be the biggest red flag yet. "Come work for us and when you find that the sea floor is going to collapse and the methane levels are 100x worse than what we have stated, you WILL NOT tell your family or friends that this whole show is over" This company running our govmnt needs to be left at the bottom of the ocean with the rest of the mess they will never be able to clean up

They need the scientists for the media, the scientists are going to go on the television and explain how "Natural Seepage" totally explains the leaking from the seal floor, that we "Shouldn't be alarmed" and that this is all "Natural and to be expected to happen from time to time."

I'm also expecting to hear something like "Because of this spill we all have to be even more vigilant in the protection of our environment and the reduction of carbon emissions"

This is no surprise.

Considering science is a corrupt as every other system on the planet this makes perfect sense.

All they need is expert testimony at the MSM trial and people will be consoled and go back to enjoying their gossip, reality shows or video games.
