I'm saying you need to tell how you KNOW that. Can you please address the points I raised in my last email and not try to accuse me of saying it WAS a triangle. I did not. I simply said I--as thousands of other--have seen a triangle. They exist. They are our secret weapon.

I don't see the point of this thread... also no where did anyone say this was a UFO, it was on BBC and many other MSM demonstrating the laser technology used in ships to take down missiles or UAV of some type!

Other then Phage trying to bash people believing in UFO by posting this in Alien and UFO thread, it makes you wonder what his agenda is... I see NOTHING constructive to be gained from this thread other then the fact that some that has never seen this small out of context clip, will argue this is a UFO and you're just going to laugh at them and discourage them to start actually looking for truth!

This kinda dis info should be moved to Skunk work or disabled in my opinion!

It's a news story about the test firing of a very real ship-based defensive laser system on a [triangular] drone target. He posted it to give board members a heads up in the very likely event that the video footage appears on youtube misrepresented as a triangular UFO being shot down by a death ray or some such nonsense... and your last post perfectly illustrates just how likely.

Read the news story posted in the OP.

It's a black triangle UFO! This entire laser test thing is a cover up and i believe Phage to be the ring leader.

Seriously though, that was so cool. I don't like to say weapons are cool but, come on it's a laser cannon!

I thought the ending was kind of strange. You clearly see the craft center view spiraling down but no splash. Split second later you see a splash off to the left hand side. Never really see the craft splash into the water.

Did it splash into the water? Or did it enter cleanly with no splash then they added the splash later. Even the splash doesn't look real if you freeze frame it.

PS...what kind of drone is that? I've never seen a delta wing drone before.

You're right. Its not a triangle UFO being shot down because we don't have anything at all that could even touch an extra-terrestrial craft. So, I am in full agreement. Only something that is man-made can be shot down by mankind.

I do find it strange that they would destroy such an expensive plane Phage,when there are soooo many other things to shoot at. I guess they wanted to hit us real hard in the pocketbook with that one. Also i guess every time the government comes out with a story,it's always the truth? I'm not saying that's a UFO,but im sure u understand? Is there a way to reverse image this video so we can see the laser? Seems odd they would release it in black and white instead of color.

For all we know there was no laser. Just some company trying to get more government money using some kind of self destruct drone filled with gas.

Considering this news item was on every major news outlet, i doubt it would of been claimed as a UFO and had it been, it would of been quickly resolved.

This is the second time I've been embarassed to be a member of ATS today.

Give the guy a break. Phage isn't even allowed to be tongue-in-cheek while raising a valid issue on here anymore without a bunch of morons questioning his motives. He is the only member I know who continually and consistently abides by this site's motto.

I don't like it when Phage sucessfully debunks another thread. I want there to be proof of aliens and their spacecraft just as much as the rest of you. However, what counts above all else is the truth. So when Phage shows us all the error of our ways and no one is left to refute (or refudiate if you're a Palin fan) his thorough factual research on yet another thread, I am grateful, begrudgingly grateful, but grateful nonetheless.

The quality of the information on this site would fall rather sharply if Phage
