VIDEO -- Unexplained globe of light next to the GOM well

Here's a video in which a globe of light appears to be positioned next to the bot working on the well.

The simplest explanation is that it is a light source for the work being done there. However, that explanation fails when you look closely at the platform. There is a strong shadow under the platform indicating a strong light source above it, not below and to the side -- where the globe is sitting. Addiitonally, the wiring/cords connected to the bot indicate the light source as being above, not to the side and below.

Explanations are welcome.
