My theory, and I emphasize the word "theory", is that our energy remains here and can be used by anything, such as nature, to be recycled. I'm not too into the theory that it turns into a ghost.. I mean to think that we remain here as whispy ghosts in the image of our physical body seems kind of silly to me. I don't think we'd reflect our physical bodies in the afterlife, unless there's some sort of option to.
This is a topic I've always theorized and mulled over. I've written pages upon pages about it.

This could be off topic but whatever anyway.

I've always thought of an afterlife and I think there is one. (I'm not going into religion though don't worry)Ok so you know those times when you don't remember a thing that happend but it happened. It was as if you weren't there right so whatever was there ceased to exist, Because you did not remember it. So the very fact taht we are remembering proves that there is some sort of afterlife. (I could be wrong im open to objections)
Secondly I'm an alright person I don't do stupid stuff or bad stuff. But just because I'm not catholic, mormon, christian ETC. Does that mean I should burn in hell because of my opinion? If god is truly loving as they say Just because I don't believe he will send me burning down to Hell?

I did not mean to infringe on anyones religion and if I have doe so I apologize.

Karma and free will adequately explain why there is suffering in the world.

Also polarisation. The world is dualistic. It is a world of opposites light dark sun moon male female, love and hate yin and yang.

It is up to us to be responsible for our own actions and Karma in this world. If God solves evry problem WE create then where is the free will? Where is the karma for our actions or mis actions? We wanted to be independent to learn on our own. Also without darkness how can we appreciate the light? Without hate how can we measure the value of love ?

God gave us what WE wanted. Free will. We chose to live independant of God. How then can we complain when God doesn't intervene ?

How can we learn and grow and work out our karma if God does everything for us ?

Perhaps we could have had God indeed do everything for us and live without any hate or eveol but I think you might all be aware of a little story told a long time ago about a man an d woman in a place called Eden.

wow, digging up some old posts to comment on eh?

I no longer believe in free will, hell, the trinity or tithing (money) as a biblical concept for today's church.

I do believe in causality, the ability to make choices (not free will), that all mankind will be saved and that giving (not tithing) is the principle that Christians should follow.

Unfortunately, the church has been mired in bad teaching, power, and running itself as a business so long that those who have beliefs based on what is actually in the bible are immediately shunned and ridiculed, called a heretic or worse.

After death we have a spirit. I was able to prove this with my astral travel experiences.

one cannot break this law

The law of conservation of energy, also known as the first law of thermodynamics, states that the energy of a closed system must remain constant—it can neither increase nor decrease without interference from outside. The universe itself is a closed system, so the total amount of energy in existence has always been the same. The forms that energy takes, however, are constantly changing.

One can try to starve himself to death...that just tells the universe that he/she would require a new environment to try thriving in.

Energy is freely abundant everywhere in the universe, well, almost everywhere...some forms of energy require a sandwich every so often, whether or not if they have enough purchasing power!

OP may be gone, but spirit/wisdom reminds us of their visit?
