My uncle went to Las Vegas on holiday this year, when him and his friends went on a trip they talked to the coach driver who had lived in Vegas his whole life and had be a coach driver for about 20 years or so. The coach driver said that if you live in Vegas and drive out of town across the desert, sometimes not even very far - the edge of the city - ocassionally you'll see several unmarked vehicles, with no number plate, the cars are always black and if there is a van it's white, also without number plate. Sometimes there are construction vehicles such as small cranes and diggers which are generic looking too. Apparently, where they work they'll set up perimeters which people musn't cross unless they have authorisation - legally you are allowed to get as close as the perimeter line but make a huge fuss and act threatening if you are anywhere near the area.

The people that work on these sites match the descriptions of human men in black (all where black suit and tie, white shirt, hair cut short, but no hats) and definately seem like they are working for the government, but they're not police, FBI, CIA etc - no one knows what part of the government they work for.

Locals in Las Vegas/nevada desert area have permission to ask the police what is going on in the areas they work but will deny that anything is happening there or tell them to stop wasting police time or that it doesn't concern them. These government people can work in the area for a few months or as short as a few hours or days; when they leave the area it looks as if no one has been there, which is strange when sometimes they have cranes and diggers which are generally used in construction - makes me think they're digging something big out of the ground. Basically, the guys come along, do something no one knows about, and disappear again like nothing ever happened; they're never identified, you can't describe the workers as they all wear identical clothing and look very similar, the cars and other vehicles easily blend into the environment.

This could easily be stuff that the coach driver or my uncle made up, but I don't think it is and it doesn't sound ridiculous to me, it makes some sense; rationally, I would say they are the FBI or CIA but they never reveal who they work for which suggests to me that they're another organisation and they are found all over the nevada desert area - maybe they work for area 51, it's the nearest thing to the men in black I've heard of.

Sorry if it's off topic or if I've repeated anything someone else has said, I haven't read all the posts.

Just a quick question. Why is NSA considered a possibility of being an MIB source organization? Just wondering, as my dad worked there in the 80's and as far as I know they only work with electronic surveillance.

Perhaps they are agents of, (originally), The Office of Scientific Investigation and Research or (O.S.I.R.)?

Perhaps the agency uses time travel to maintain the regulation of information concerning extraterrestrial/supernatural events?

It would fit the synchronistic nature of the MIB, and account for their seemingly omnipotent ability to appear and disappear at will...

Perhaps they safe guard our terrestrial history, among other things..?

This may explain why a small percentage of the 'MIB' encounters involve oriental-like humans, perhaps members of a small renegade or 'off-shoot' group of Aghartians...

MIB'S - Also referred to as the 'Men In Black' or 'Horlocks'. These are apparently in many cases humans who are controlled by draconian influences, although other 'MIB' have been encountered which do not seem human, but more reptilian OR synthetic. The 'MIB' have been encountered often after UFO sightings, usually intimidating witnesses into keeping silent about what they've seen (many of the witnesses may be 'abductees' with suppressed memories of the event). Their 'threats' appear to be motivated by attempts to utilize 'terrorism', 'fear' or 'intimidation' as a psychological weapon against witnesses.

This 'weapon' may not only be used to keep the human 'MIB' under control, but by the human MIB themselves. 'They' are often though not always seen in connection with large, black automobiles, some of which have been seen disappearing into mountains, canyons or tunnels or in some cases apparently appear out of or disappear (cloak?) into thin air. Most human MIB have probably been implanted by the Draconians and are essentially their 'slaves'. Bio-synthetic 'infernal's' also seem to play a part in the MIB scenario, as do subterranean and exterran societies. Sirius, at only 9+ light years away, has been identified as a major exterran MIB center of activity, with a Subterranean counterpart existing in ancient antediluvian 'Atlantean' underground complexes which have been 're- established' beneath the Eastern U.S. seaboard (Draconian-Evadamic).

My guess. They are contractors to NSA, digging up communication cables and, uh, "enhancing" their capabilities and putting them back in the ground. They could also be part of the secure communication network connecting the AF bases and test sites.

They have upgraded. The one I saw was trying to pass as a college student and tried to seat herself/it with us at the time must of the regulars show up. I live in a college town and have for a few years. Never seen anything like it. So did most of my party. After some of my party started to heckle it, it left. We all joked about how sickly she looked. About 5 minutes later I searched the whole place. No where to be found.

What you saw is called a "Goth." They are simply depressed human beings. They would probably appreciate being featured in a bit of necromancy, however, like this thread.

I can't really think of many cases of MIBs in the past couple of decades. Seems to have been a phenomenon earlier in the UFO problem. These days, just much easier to have g-men do it most likely. Classifying UFOs as a foreign power, seems like it would fall under CIA or FBI territory, depending on the location of the event. NSA is much more about spying on folks...so their involvement would be limited to dealing with alien-based surveillance of US forces and locations.

Of course, doesn't mean there isn't an agency we've never heard of that still handles it. Maybe the IPU still exists, or maybe it actually is still called MAJIC. Who knows?

just to bring you up to speed, veterans today is known for making sh@@ up.

Just posted a picture dude, from one i had seen earlier about MIB. Not really an informational source and I could care less about MIB.

i am well aware that the site is unreliable, most of them are. you can pick up bits and pieces of things here and there though. very rarely does anyone ever spell things out for you that you can trust 100%.

the columnist for the article i linked seems to be one of the better ones, but its not somewhere i spend a lot of time on. I also think you are taking things out of context just a bit.

This book is from 1988 and mentioned the existence of the Men in Black.

The movie was released in 1997 and first appearance I found was in 1990 on The Men in Black (comics).

I have the feeling that every time someone come up with a story that appears to be true, suddenly Hollywood produces movies or TV series to tell us later: "Hey, you are tripping! This is from a movie lmao "


It worked with the Aerial Unexplained Phenomena and Independence Day, E.T, and many others movies.

Or Astral Projection, OOBE and Lucid Dreaming with Inception, Butterfly Effect, etc.
