Question about decent into the depth

Sorry, silly question here.

With regards to all the caps, hats, robots, straw, or whatever they keep trying to stuff in the hole....

If they are attaching a cap, and the depth is about 5k feet or so. How long does it take to get the object du jour down to the leak?

Just been watching Enterprise - ROV 1 decend and going by the clocks on the ROV it looks to be about 25 minutes for it to make it down to the well head. Obviously equipment lowering will be a bit more of a delicate operation.
