How to fix my avatar?

Hey, hope someone can help me out here.
Im trying to use my avatar on ATS.. only been messing around, and now it doesnt work.

This is what I want as avatar:
files.abovetopsecret.com...

Only as you can see, i did the wrong button and got a mini profile background.
ATS store>mini background.

first question: How do I reset this? or can a moderator do this? to the standard grey.

Second question:
to use my avatar? do i need to resize it? what size is used here?

2nd question:

Avatar has to be less than 160 wide by 320 tall.

Now if only the Media Portal would start working again so I could upload one...

Arg, when rezise it, I lose half my picture ;(
Any magic makers here, to fix it? love em

Here's a question for you:

How did you set the background?

I figure if I can't have an avatar, at least I can have a different background color, to stand out.

To do that:
1. pick a picture you want as background colour.
2. upload it to media.abovetopsecret.com...
3. click the picture.
4. look for the code:use as mini profile background *copy*
5. Go to: Member tools>ATS store>use mini background *click*
6.Paste code, click enter, and you should have a background now.

I have just uploaded a smaller version of your avatar if you want to steal it and reupload it as your avatar?

You don't have to use this avatar it may not even be what you want. There are many excellent avatar and background artists here you only need to ask one of them and they will fix you up

Try and find a picture you like on google Images/yahoo images etc.
