Stickam Meet up

Has anyone thought about a Stickam meet up or something where us ATS/BTS members can meet up chit chat and put a face to the name kind of thing? Would anyone be interested in that? We can put a Password on the room so only we would be the only ones in the room.

I think we should set up a time to do this I think it would be fun.

The idea of meet ups sounds good to me. I could not easily make your meet up as I live in the southeast.

I would be more that happy and able to host a meeting in my area.

A few years ago I was a member of an internet group that had meet ups on Jekyll Island, Ga. You could come for a day, or camp or stay at a hotel on the island.

We had lots of food and great fellowship. It sure made our chat groups and forums more interesting.

I would not expect ATS to accept any liability. That would not be good business practice.

Anybody interested in a meet up in the south east make your intentions known.

LMAO - I think the OP is talking about a chat room to meet with ATS/BTS members and chat. Not a real face to face meeting - please correct me if I'm wrong, it late here.

No I was talking about using stickam its a chat site that also will use ur cam hence put a face to the name. Not a real face to face meet up However I would be cool with that if anyone lives in Southern California.

I hope that it works out for you. I don't have a webcam, but I love the idea of meeting other ATS'ers. I brought up the idea of one in the WI/IL Chicago-ish area at the local ren faire and didn't get any replies (but then again, maybe I just posted it with an uninteresting title and that's the problem). I think I might be the only one in my area with any interest in a meet-up. I think it sounds like a fun idea, though, even if only online.

I think Im going to try this tonight I get out of band practice around 8 or so California time. so maybe 9:30 ca time ill be on if i do this ill post here and let everyone know the name of the room and what not. This will be pretty cool if it works....I think.
