The Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission ballot initiative in Denver CO is to assist in looking into local UFO sightings.

Could this be a step to full disclosure or just a stab in the dark from what's seen as a "progressive community"?

I must say I was quite intrigued and excited to see government at least acknowledging sightings of the unknown. It will still have to pass. If it does it could mean posting evidence and sightings on GOVERNMENT sites.

The debate continues over whether city money will be spent. I for one say spend MORE on these and other programs like it.

At least by adding validity to these claims more people could come forward with claims of their own previously held back due to fear of public humiliation.

If they want to help disclosure why dont the worlds governments just come out and say it? All this damn messing about is not good and a big waste of cash.

I think MUFONs international headquarters are in Colorado

MUFON Headquarters

International Director, Clifford Clift
MUTUAL UFO NETWORK, INC.
2619 11th Street Road
Greeley, Colorado 80634

Not sure, but could be one of the reasons why this initiative is on the ballot.
