Well, I came across "Blue Star" by coincidence and don't know much about them, but I'm very interested in learning more about them. Here's what I dug up so far, I do apologies if this has been posted since I could never use the search engine properly (hoping the new ATS design will make search engine better .:@@
. Anyhow back to "Blue Star"... I'm sure you guys have already heard of the news about the Russian Spies being captured...

Suspected Russian spies charged in US
news.bbc.co.uk...

10 Alleged Russian Spies Arrested in U.S.

www.youtube.com...
www.youtube.com...

What's interesting is that Medvedev met with Obama just days before (burger eating contest they had) and just days later all these spies were caught. Well, one thing that non of the MSM news agencies mention is that these 10 individuals were working in an Russian organization called "Blue Star" acting as "Psychic Agents".

I was only able to find few articles on this, but hoping you guys can continue on this.

Reports circulating in the Kremlin today show a Russian intelligence community rocked by the arrest of 10 ‘psychic’ spies placed into deep-cover in the United States by the Committee for State Security’s (KGB) First Chief Directorate successor Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) in 2000 after what is called the ‘Blue Star’ group discovering the US was soon to be hit with a catastrophic attack, and which, in fact, did occur on September 11, 2001.

According to these reports, and since confirmed by Western news accounts, the American Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) first became aware of the Blue Star group when “on or about January 14, 2000” one of its members named Vicky Pelaez was picked up by their surveillance communicating with her Moscow handlers. The son of Vicky Pelaez, Waldo Mariscal, said his mother and stepfather (Juan Lazaro who was also arrested by the FBI) “are being unfairly accused of espionage” and said the charges against them were “preposterous”.

Though the FBI had captured 10 members of the Blue Star group its purported leader Christopher Metsos was able to flee the United States to Cypress where upon his arrival he was put into custody by the power of an International Police Organization (Interpol) “red notice” issued by the American intelligence community. However, shortly after being detained Metsos was set free on bail of €20,000 ($16,000) in a move said to have left Cypriot police “dumbfounded”.

Russia's Foreign Ministry in publicly responding to these arrests said in a statement that the US actions are unfounded and pursued “unseemly” goals. It further voiced regret that the arrests came even though President Obama has moved to “reset” US relations with Russia and his approval ratings in Russia set a 12-year high for any American leader.

Senior Russian lawmakers have further suggested that the arrest of the Blue Star group stemmed from a conspiracy in the US government to undermine President Obama's efforts to improve relations with Moscow and puts in jeopardy the US-Russia Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty currently before the American Senate for ratification.

Important to note about the US-Russia Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty is that it allows both American and Russian Blue Star type groups to continue operating in each others countries, a fact not being told to the people in the United States as Obama has refused to release the minutes of the treaty negotiations to either the press or the US Senate.

Though the Blue Star group, and other similar type ‘psychic spy’ units, has been one of Russia’s “worst kept secrets” the actual workings of these groups still remain highly classified under penalty of “death for treason” so even if known little can be publicly stated about them.

What can be stated about them though is their origin that began with a Russian girl named Nina Kulagina who is still revered as being the “Mother of Psychic Research” in Russia who rose to prominence due to her incredible psychic powers first identified during the depths of World War II in the battle of Leningrad where she distinguished herself as a hero.

The main function of the Blue Star group was in their ability to do what is commonly referred to as Remote Viewing (RV), which is the ability to gather information about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means, extra-sensory perception (ESP) or sensing with mind.

Not just Russia, but also the United States has been in the forefront of RV and ESP research funded mainly by the efforts of the late US Senator Claiborne Pell (more commonly known for his Pell Grants granting access to collage for millions of Americans) who was deeply concerned over what he termed the “extrasensory perception gap” with the former Soviet Union and earning him the moniker of “Senator Oddball”.

Though scorned, at least publicly, by the American media the same cannot be said of the US Military and intelligence agencies who used the funds appropriated by Senator Pell to begin what is called the Stargate Project.

Now the Stargate Project was the umbrella code name of one of several sub-projects established by the Americans to investigate the reality, and potential military and domestic applications, of psychic phenomena, particularly remote viewing. Projects were said to be active from the 1970s through 1995, and followed up early psychic research done at The Stanford Research Institute (SRI), The American Society for Psychical Research, and other psychical research labs.

Important to note about the Stargate Project is that though being reported to have ended in 1995, documents released in Britain under their Freedom of Information Act shows it was still working with its counterparts in the UK as late as 2002, and FSB reports state it still exists today.

The inside workings of the United States “physic spy” programme has further been detailed by former Stargate member Joseph McMoneagle in his book “Memoirs Of A Psychic Spy” and Jon Ronson in his book (since made into a popular US movie) “The Men Who Stare At Goats”.

Most interesting, and perhaps ominously, are some SVR sources stating that the arrests of the Blue Star “psychic spies” by American intelligence agents is “directly related” to information they had been sending back to the Kremlin about a state of “near total, or all-out, war” expected to begin in the United States after their citizens begin discovering the shocking truth about the catastrophic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico that Obama had this past week warned G20 leaders could kill “millions, if not tens of millions” of these people.

To the final outcome of these events it is not in our knowing other than to state two absolutes: 1.) The US propaganda media will continue lying to Americans about what is really happening; and 2.) The mass of Americans who do stumble upon the truth will say “This can’t be true” and never realizing that the words they use are proof of nothing other than their ignorance.

www.whatdoesitmean.com... (many source links available in the article)

Then few days ago the Russian President said;

The Russian President, Dmitry Medvedev, has insisted to President Barack Obama that the spy scandal which saw 11 of his citizens arrested in the US will not affect the relations between the two countries.

We all knew that CIA was involved with a psychic program back int he 40s, after Germans and Russians being involved in it for decades. This Psychic project supposedly got shut down as it was said too imperfect and inaccurate results were shown. Many believe this is still going on under a different project name, well kept underground.

Inside the CIA's psychic program (Star Gate)
en.wikipedia.org...

The late 1960s and early 1970s were the window in which psychic and occult phenomena moved into the mainstream in American and Western culture. While the Beatles brought the "religion of the East" to Britain, the field of parapsychology began to order itself for more "scientifically-based study."

Parapsychology is divided into several major fields. One is extrasensory perception or ESP, which deals with information obtained by means beyond the five senses. Another is psychokinesis -- the direct mental interaction with inanimate or animate objects. Yet another involves so-called "near-death experiences" or NDEs.

In 1970, during the height of the Cold War and under the growing threat of Soviet world domination, American authors Sheila Ostrander and Lynn Schroeder published a startling book called "Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain." They documented how the Soviets had recruited clairvoyants, psychics, psychokinetic wonderkids and telepathic savants to work in the realm of espionage, counter-intelligence and related security applications.

The book got the attention of the U.S. military complex. So much so, that by 1972 the Defense Intelligence Agency had produced a paper called "Controlled Offensive Behavior -- USSR."

The paper read in part, "The major impetus behind the Soviet drive to harness the possible capabilities of telepathic communication, telekinetics and bionics are said to come from the Soviet military and the KGB. Soviet knowledge in this field is superior to that of the West."

Fearing that using "asymmetrical" intelligence-gathering personnel like psychic spies might enable the Russians to take a huge lead in the espionage field, the DIA believed the Soviets might be able to learn the whereabouts of U.S. troops and ships, analyze top secret documents, read the thoughts of top U.S. leaders, perform psychic assassinations and even disable spacecraft and satellites.

It was in this climate that the Pentagon launched its own psychic intelligence-gathering program -- headed up by INSCOM, the U.S. Army's Intelligence and Security Command.

Finding the right person to lead a project for such a new frontier was a difficult task. The man chosen was Hal Puthoff, a respected engineer who had the security clearance, background in hard science and training to handle the project.

Working out of Fort Meade, Maryland, Puthoff began recruiting a team of "remote viewers," composed of military personnel, who would participate in the radical new program. The billions of dollars spent on satellites, the labors of the CIA and other agencies, and the intelligence shared with the U.S. by her allies abroad was suddenly jolted by this new, radical approach to espionage.

www.wnd.com...

- First off, why are Russian Psychics here in USA? If the remote viewing is possible why would they need to be in the targets location to do the reading? My understanding is that the entire Remote Viewing is done "remotely"! However I do recall reading that if the psychic is closer to the intended target, they have more accurate reading, if this is true, my only conclusion is that maybe something below/above earth around US is what their target is?!

- Secondly, who behind the scene is trying to deteriorate the potential relationship between Russia and US by capturing these spies few days after meeting? Could Russians gave them up and if so why? If it was done by FBI then why capture them now? They must have known about them well before.

- Third, if these projects still active today around the world, they must have proven to be working (if practiced for decades) and by now probably almost perfect at it. What is that they found that caused all the spies to be captured? and how did ALL spies get captured at the same time? Were they about to disclose some information to Russian government or public that was very damaging to US?

Lastly, I like to know what YOU know or can dig up on "Blue Star". I'm sure the name is different in Russian, maybe with proper translations we can find the actual name and find many auricles on it. Anyhow too many things about this situations are ringing my conspiracy bell and I want to know what is going on...

UPDATE: Just a heads up, I did more reading and found out about the author... Sorcha Faal... there are some questionable motives on who she is, I don't know much about her. Any insight?

lol, well supposedly these "psychic agents" are not really future reading psychic types, they work in a military method. I was just listening to Major Ed Dames on C2C and he was mentioning that these psychics simply use "remote viewing" on a target and try to predict/sketch/draw their purpose and intention. I doubt they're any more psychics then most of us... just a little more practice at target readings!

One thing confuses me about that. From what I read, something that set the FBI on their trail was a message from Moscow with their instructions in it? I saw them message on CNN the other day. Anyways...You'd think if they were "Psychic Spies" they could just use telepathy to send messages to a Psychic "receiver" back in Moscow?

It's not a perfect science, and these people are not superhuman, you know! Just the act of receiving that kind of information is difficult enough. They would be sacrificing accuracy for extra security. Since the accuracy of remote viewing is the primary concern, they probably had no choice.

I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this were true.

edit to add - Sorcha Faal? That's funny, I was thinking that the article sounded JUST like a Sorcha article as I was reading it. Prepare to have this moved into the HOAX section.

Here's another article on Psychic institutes within the Russian Government...

Psychic security department protects Russian presidents from external psychological influence

uri Malin, a former KGB officer, says that there was a special department in the structure of Russian secret services to protect top officials from malicious intentions of scientists and extrasensory individuals, who could create devices that were capable of affecting human psychology. Yuri Malin worked as a consultant of Boris Yeltsin's Federal Security Service.

”Special services do not take much care of President Putin nowadays. There are no professionals in his team to help him struggle with the external psychophysical influence. There were such people in Boris Yeltsin's team, though. There was a special department, which was dealing with unconventional technologies to manipulate the human mind,” Malin says.

since this is about top secret and what its all about, im thinking the top secret and why this happened to me are connected, i was on what else could it be.. it can't really. nobody ditches a paycheck somewhere else unless he's got one, one for getting done things. im not him, lol, im the getee (get ee). ending in ee- is the giviee the person giving, -or is the giver ends er- or-,

what happened is that when i was real young btwn 1980-to1985, my dad asked me if i knew anything about the scale on maps. i don't know if he noticed but i was always into the key of a map. maybe because of him, im not sure where the interest came from.

i think i answered 'they are always messed up, you cant measure the scale to anything'. i meant the black lines on a map longitude, latitude seconds or some grid always on a map. the internet may have stripped these stupid red or black grid lines. anyway it would have been nice, before the internet, if those lines represented 5 or 18 miles but they never do.

the scale on a map, so is, that, what they use those 'scale rulers' for, ya. ok sure here is one i use that makes no sense. 'thank you', gone. into office from front office area. so im finally rid of this ruler that wont measure anything, how you ask iss that possible. go get a white triangular scale ruler, you'll see. n e way---

3 weeks later some sat sun im at the lamont-dorety geo observatory(columbia university NY) in the core curators office(dad) he says 'they liked that ruler alot' who t f is they. 'i searched the entire offices(bldng, n next door a little) when i lost it and i couldnt find one like it(lost it lol, its useless). there's 2 styles of this sob key and scale measuring system, shoot me n o w.

turns out this magical ruler is used for the scale on ocean floor maps(blam top secret we got maps(1+)mr where is..). how do i know, credible k, the maps were laid out with a piece of tracing paper over them, then sandbag weights that look like coffee coasters hold down the maps for drawing. the harvard phd in geology was doing extensive math, he said they wanted them this way now and the scale was a total math formula that ah, well that actually was stupid.

where is this magical ruler, a ventriloquist came after me looking for it. never wanted to tell me, afraid i'd do something like this i suppose.

my paranoia says the gov't thought, synthetic telepathy, im thinking it nexted and died. too fake.
the ruler was throw away, 'hey i found your ruler' it wont go away... 'no i dont want it, really' no no take it take it, 'you dont want it?'. it defies logic, a ruler total length of 13.5 or so inches i think.(leave me alone ventriloquists whoever u are is, stop stop))) im 10-15yrs old, prolly 11-14. then.

They say this wont mean anything to you. It does, it refers to the supposed big thing to come out of all this.
the Tear Your Head Off , it is simply that after a medium or long fight with your girlfriend and then it calms down. the individual (me, you etc), doesnt really apoligize or may i suppose, its just mellow, or whatever. She looks to you and says "You look so cute/good when your mad." and your head nearly explodes.

Thats the big secret that shouldn't mean anything to you,

iow, b.s. to the max.
