Plasma Injected Into BOP?

I found this video this morning. It looks like Some kind of Glowing Plasma Gel being put into the BOP. I am curious to see what everyone thinks it is.

One of the comments on the video is most likely the correct explanation. It looks a great deal like a very out-of-focus LED readout screen.

I believe it's an over exposed LED display scrolling information. I saw that mounted on that hydraulic equipment that was hanging on the BOP yesterday. And, as I speculated in another thread, lol, it's probably a stock ticker display, reminding them of the falling BP share price, as this well continues to flow flow flow with each passing day.

They're refilling the Corexit tank.

Scary looking stuff.

No wonder the UK has banned its use.
