Way Above

What happens when I choose this for someone's post?

I have problems with mine. When I click on way above, it takes me to the top of that post. To answer your question, I think it is giving props to someone of your choice whom you think they have done a good job of posting as well as giving that person 250 ATS points. Can someone help me with my question, pretty please?
