It's been taken care of with replacing the picture with a link.

The point of camoflauge as I understand it is not to make the soldier blend in with the background but to break up the pattern of the soldier so as to make him harder to see. It works on the principle that the brain looks for patterns. By breaking up the pattern the brain is unable to recognise the pattern of the human form and so the brain blends the soldier into the background.
