What does "umil" mean?

I am installing a phpbb mod, and wondering what this part of the install means...?

Copy: root/umil/*.*
To: umil/*.*

?

root is the directory where your bulletin board is installed. e.g. - /apache/bin/phpbb

in your phpbb directory you'll have folders like admin or css, etc; copy the umil directory into this location.

hopefully is has its own install script from there.

the process should be the same for Linux or windows.
