Adapazari, Turkey...mysterious objects in the sky

Check'em out...no idea what they are...neither the shooters of the clip...life is changing for sure with all the disasters and everything...wonder whats comin' our way...

I hate to speculate like this, but in my opinion...... they honestly look like, and again, hate to say it.... Chinese lanterns. They don't seem to do anything except move slowly across the sky, and there is certainly no erratic behaviour with them. Maybe caught in a warm air mass making them rise quicker? Can't say as I have never personally seen one live though.

Pure speculation on my part.

Looks like Chinese Lanterns to me.

Those don't look like Chinese lanterns to me... if they were, they would be a lot smaller- and less bright. Also, the light a Chinese lantern gives off, I imagine would not be such a perfect sphere.

yes...i live in turkey now..originally from toronto, but ive been visiting this place since a child. i'm 35 now, an avid reader of this site..

And if anything, we have too many chinese lanterns in the sky, happens all the time...

i havent even bothered looking at what city this is from, its hard enough finding A KITE most places, and when people do have money its on well spend i have been looking at the sky here (datca turkey)- a haven for tourism, our population jumps from 10,000 to about 40,000 in peak summer months. to be honest its a bit unbearable, with the heat etc thats a perfect storm for me but anyway, you would think, this being a very iconic area for tourism or marmaris (which i spent a week in, last week as a small vacation) youd think i would have seen a chinese lantern for sale...

not to date and ..when will people simply admit, as vast and endless as the universe is, we arent alone?

this is an obvious sighting....im not speaking up cuz its turkey, but knowing turkish people, the army somewhat, the tourists i have yet to ever hear of any lanterns..

anyway my 2 cents, i could always be wrong..

Sorry but at the 43 second mark you can see one start to rise above a house so to me these are Chinese Lanterns sorry but have to agree with others.
