Mind control, time travel, aliens, US govt...& Scientology?

I've read this page before here on ATS in discussions about The Philadelphia Experiment and other related topics, but I think it warrants it's own discussion.

Orion Project and other Secret Technology

It deals with mind control, time travel, aliens, Philadelphia Experiment, Montauk, Project Rainbow, etc.

I have a multitude of questions, but I'll start off with some simple ones.

Is there any documentation stating any of this stuff is true? I've seen bits and pieces of this info in separate places, but not all of it together like this. This page sites no resources.

After reading that page I then noticed it was on a (Freezone) Scientology website. I may be missing something...I don't understand the connection between that page's info and Scientology.

It is pretty out there, but I think some of it is true.

I don't want to believe that Reptilians are the bad guys. I've spoken to a couple of them, they are overly aggressive, demeaning, egotistical at times, but I dunno, I kinda like them. They are smart as hell, and they could do a lot to help humanity, but they won't, and I don't understand why.

Maybe you can ask them what all of that info has to do with Scientology?

I really would like to know what ATS members think of that link. I've seen it mentioned in threads about The Philadelphia Experiment.
