There is a special on the Gulf Crisis tonight on CNBC! It is call Americas's Crude Reality: Beyond the Gulf Disaster. It is airs at 8pm/12am ET tonight (6/30).

Edit.. oops the 8pm already aired.. but still have a chance to watch the 12am ET or 9pm PT!

Hi all

Okay.. It will be on in 10 minutes.. off to the television....

So did anyone watch.. It was okay.. mostly focused on alternative energies.. I noticed they didn't talk about electric vehicles. I know that almost all the major car companies are working on them. I plan on buying the 2011 Chevy Volt that comes out in November of this year.

I think natural gas would be a good alternative to use until we find new sources of energy.
