US accepts international assistance for Gulf spill

What kind of help are they accepting exactly?
The government seems to be doing a whole lot of nothing, and by reports BP isn't doing much more, and aren't allowing anyone else a chance to do anything.
So what are they accepting, donations?

I do not believe that. I think that everyone who helps and proofs they actually helped should be paid by bp. It's their fault and they need to pay especially since it has been proven that it was negligence.
Last year my son caused damage to someones property because of his negligence to drive properly and he was made to pay for what he did. He hit a fence and he was the one that paid to fix it. Tax payers did not pay property owner, the people my hired to redo the fence did not do it for free they got paid for their labor.
Question is bp a USA company or is from England? I know the name says it all but I saw a news article of a Venezuelan news paper blaming the US for what happened. So was it out fault or this company? I know they do business there.

Where is your common sense? Of course they should get paid. First you pump all the money out of BP, and if that is not enough you move on to the next entity responsible, either the mineral management service or the state/union who gave the permission and was responsible for safety.
