My neighbor was reading about it in the paper the prosthetics were near $2,900.00 not including the cost of the surgery that wasn't listed.

Omg, how cute! That's the sweetest bit of new I e read all day! He seems to be adapting to his new bionic legs just fine. I only hope the cost goes down once they develop them more, so other kitties can be as lucky as Oscar if they happen to need them.

Thanks for embedding the video. I haven't ventured into that little maneuver as yet.
I hope they can adapt it to humans as well. They said that his body would eventually envelop the prosthetics. That would be amazing if they could find something like that for humans.

S&F. Very awesome. Glad to see the little fella is adjusting to his new legs! I agree with the poster above though and hope the cost comes down soon. That is a bit steep for most folks to pony up to help out their kitty family members! Of course I'd probably be suckered into doing that for my kitty too even though I'm convinced she secretly is plotting to destroy the world lol.

Thanks, you made me smile.
All cats have a nefarious purpose, even when they snuggle and look innocent.
