I'm not even sure where to begin on this. From the article, DHS has kicked in over a million dollars to help FEMA create a web based game called
Disaster Hero. I'm not sure how its supposed to play these days. Do we turn it on and just ignore it? Or maybe they want to see how fast things
REALLY get fixed when there isn't a bunch of dimwits running the show. Do you think they can come up with any real scenarios? Steel buildings
collapsing because the ash tray caught fire? Will there be a 'bribe the press' or 'send CIA thugs to silence the talkers' buttons? I'm almost
sure there will be an 'Ignore public outcry' and a 'Make Profit first' button on it. And let's not forget the Rahm Emanuel consulting option if
you donate to them via paypal.
However it plays out, I'm betting that the response criteria of each disaster is completely screwed up.
