I'd rather see it work more like this though. Your relative economic and military power would determine how many votes a country had, and then go from there to a majority. Can this "security council" nonsense, as it is outdated...

Mark my words, you won't find any post in here from pro war activists. Because they know they're not fair. Imagine it was about resolutions Irak ignored, the topic will be full of pro war posts.
