I've never seen anything over 530 so I think this is just a dumb joke. You can find a list of HTML status codes here.

Fake for sure. I just checked the actual status return codes for this page. This page loads just fine. You're seeing what they want you to see.

It’s a hoax, I once found a login page on the internet for a CIA intranet system and that never came up. Just told me that all ip’s visiting the site would be logged, if i did not have authorisation to leave, any attempt to hack would be traced and some other stuff. It wasn’t an error page so yes based on my own experience i would say this is a fake. I can’t remember the url for that site and didn’t want to save it on my hard drive but if i can find it i’ll post it on here so you’s can see what it really looks like when you try to enter a secure government site.
