That does seem too look like a structure that is not natural in nature on the moon. Maybe a moon base that they forgot to cut from the sceen or to atleast take the frame out. Whatever it is, it is not by design from Earth

A gentle admoinishment, Doctor.V, to please read the entirety of the thread posts, and not just the title.

The 'anomaly' has been thoroughly explained. It was a piece of equipment BROUGHT to the Moon, and erected by the Astronauts during an EVA.

i would have to say this is rather interesting, it appears that it is in the film. looks like a water tower, but it is very strange.

You may wish to read through the thread more....it's explained.

One of the experiments (the ALSEP, if I remember) glinting in the sunlight....and "blooming" in the camera video sensors, when it was recorded/videoed.
