I am lazy and can`t be bothered searching sites about this as probably a waste of time.But can someone please explain what is the theory,all l need is the basics.What?Why?Who`s resposible and do you belive or not

The story is that aircraft contrails are in fact a chemical substance released to either protect us from bio/chemical attack be means of mass airborn inoculation, or to kill us all off with a slow build up of toxins
