I don't think this is compression issues, i think this is deliberate distortion of a recording. If it were compression issues, don't you think we would see artifacts in both the subject and the background? Because it's only in the subject, and pretty much all over her, but not at all in the background, i think someone is deliberately distorting these videos to make people think it's a real morphing.

They do this on purpose just to mess with peoples heads. how do I know? Because i have freinds who work in the TV industry and they love playing pranks on people who watch TV. TRUST ME. its just distortion or there pulling a prank and are all in on it , and once there off air and have free time they go and upload it to youtube and laugh at all you idiots who comment & believe it. Trust me , i have friends in the tv industry who do this. Its either compression issues, or they Assing around.

The people who purport to believe in reptilians are amusing to a point, as they indulge in their fantasies.

However, they cross into nastiness in instances like this.

The video presented as the subject of this thread is a joke in the extreme.

It is clearly evident the video simply demonstrates some technical effects. To suggest anything else is either irrational or an intentional hoax.

Please bear in mind that there is a reward ($25,000) to anyone who can debunk the images in this video

The people who purport to believe in reptilians are irrational &/or dishonest. Therefore it is self evident there is no point whatsoever in trying to discuss that video in the context of that mooted "reward"

I agree that this is NOT an Alien Morph but rather is LIKELY a
switcher problem where someone in the studio ACCIDENTALLY
did a LUMINANCE KEY which overlaid a foreground image over
the newscaster --- replacing ONLY the brightest parts of the
image, which is why we see a mottling effect.

I'm not TRULY SURE this is a compression artifact but more likely
an in-studio video feed issue because of the studio personnel
who are screaming into the talent's earphones. Since the control
room is probably in a different part of the building they are seeing
what's on the final video output monitor and after seeing that
mottled look on the talent's face they SUDDENLY remembered
something that might be happening on the OUTPUT VIDEO
DISTRIBUTION FEED side of things.

The technical explanation is that someone in master control
PROBABLY hit the Downstream Overlay/Keyer button while
bringing in another video stream such as a commercial
or a live feed.

So what happened was that the video computers tried to
replace all portions of the background video that are
lighter in shade than *X* RGB or YCbCr colour and replace it
with a new foreground video stream and since the onscreen
talent's dress and face was the lightest colour in the image
ONLY THOSE PARTS were replaced with the overlay feed.
This would explain why the studio people were screaming
NOT AT THE NEWSCASTER but rather at MASTER CONTROL
to STOP the luminance key video overlay!

I work in Digital Video ALL DAY, EVERY DAY and I am sooo tired of
the compression artifacts....the problem is the video algorithms
themselves - DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) and even Wavelet
(frequency-based sub-sampling) which leave lots to be desired.

Downstairs in our broadcast centre, I've seen what TOTALLY
PRISTINE UNCOMPRESSED VIDEO FOOTAGE LOOKS LIKE when
it comes from a 4:4:4:4 colour sampling camera at full
1920 by 1080 at 60 fps progressive scan!

It's like reality and on a really good broadcast-quality monitor
(i.e. SONY BVM-series CRT 1920x1080 HDTV) you feel like
you're REALLY THERE! When I see web-video I cry because
of all the lost quality that most of you have never seen!

Do not fear though, the world is about to change....with
faaaaaaaaar better compression algorithms that use
much more natural colour sampling to compress image
objects within a single frame and over many frames.

The day of block-artifacts is soon coming to an END!

I have seen the exact same effect while watching a Hazel Blears MP interview on her husbands antics on BBC 24. It was never shown live, only as a recording. That doesn't matter, it was pranking, done by over contrasting and with only the head in view in that case, and a neutral background. It was shown repeatedly and the effect was there in all repeats, no comments from the anchors were noted by me.

When she moves her head around, the perspective of the distortion stays with that of the face. Any distortion only appears on her, and nothing around her, the color changing in the back is the theme.

If its a camera problem, this camera must be one hell of a high tech camera with face scanning capabilities. If not, then you have a problem with the person interfering with the camera, not the other way around.

And the fact the the people started yelling, and right after the camera went away.

Am I saying shes a reptilian? No, she could have been wearing a device that interfered with the camera. But once again, when it was on her face, it stayed on that point even when she moved. Unexplainable.

All i know is that it was not the camera.

I was under the assumption that the distorted image of a "shape shifting reptilians" is not caused by a physical change in the host body. During a shap shift, one could stand beside the reptilian and not even notice the occurrence, because it is a "hyper-dimensional" wave length, out side of electromagnetism and the visible spectrum of light.

Cameras have the uneque ability to pick up on frequencies that are not in the visible spectrum. Hence why ghosts and other such phenomenon can be seen in pictures and film, where as the human eye can not.

It would then be fair to assume that her cloths would be distorted too, as not only would this spectrum find very little resistance in a 3rd dimensional reality, but this "hyper-dimensional" wave-length would naturally distort some of the electromagnetic waves too, changing their frequency, due to the nature of friction, as two frequencies try to occupy relatively, the same time and space.

To prove this theory, I suggest we ask someone who purportedly can see "auras" if cloths distort the image. I have never heard such a CRAZY thing. hehe

There is this other really good video with this brown reporter doing his thing a night, when the distortion happens. His crew begin to yell at him, where he immediately jumps out of the cameras view. He then comes back, just to have the phenomenon happen again. Damn reptilians really have no self control do they ;-p

Seriously, I cant say what is going on in the above posted video, but the subject is still fascinating. I think this is a great video. Triggers the imagination and gets the gears moving.

Unexplainable??? This is not compression or an overlay or an actual transformation from a shape shifter, this is deliberate manipulation with software to a recorded video. That's why the distortion moves in line with her face. Explained.

And seriously, the reason they cut away from her was her lack of professional ability to read the prompter without sounding like an idiot who can't read, or someone who really needs glasses. If i were the studio manager, i'd cut away and yell at her too! It was extremely unprofessional, especially when she tried to give an "on air" excuse to why she read the story so bad.
