As of June 15th 2010 the counts has gone up to

770 Dead Birds

341 Dead Turtles

41 Dead Mammals.

Now that this thread is in this new forum could a mod change the title to 'Daily Dead Wildlife Tally' please and we can keep a record over the next few weeks to see how it goes up.

It is truly sick the way we treat wildlife in this world in the pursuit of greed, are we really the smartest species?

As much as I hate to say it I will, The major efforts of the cleanup are basically useless. Experts say we will have this mess for the next 100 years.
HOWEVER I am not saying the rescue and cleanup of the animals is useless. That is showing results.

I know, it's sad to say but I kind of agree with you, it's useless. The worst thing I've seen so far was a dead dolphin

The increase is literally unbelievable, the amount of wildlife dying every single day from this disaster is enormous.
