It's possible to makes Power Plant that Runs of Contained Artificial Black hole where It's radiation can used to Produces far more energies than both Nuclear Fusion and Matter Annihilation, especially just for Ultra advanced Civilization that can finds even both Nuclear Fusion and antimatter energy are primitive for them?

(I assume everyone knows who John was, or was supposed to have been.)

The heart of his time-machine was a rapidly spinning doughnut shaped black-hole, which was supposed to have been made possible by Z-Machine technology.

As we stand now though, we are not even near the technology required to extract electrical energy from radiation. Even nuclear power plants simply boil water and use the steam to turn turbines. Still seems primitive.

And what would happen in the event of a power plant failure? Oops, there goes half of the planet. If there's still anybody around to say oops.

Is it possible? I think it is. Will it be possible in my lifetime or your lifetime? No. Do other extraterrestrial civilizations have the power to harness it? Possibly, but we are talking about godly insane amount of energy taking place. It is hard to say because these quasars destroy galaxies.... what makes you think that any material in the universe can withstand the energy enough to destroy all matter..

Perhaps only the Anunnaki aliens that have sufficient power to Harness it because they can finds both Fusion and Antimatter energy sources way too primitive for them and they are perhaps the most technologically advanced extraterrestrial races that ever around in the universe and trust me, they are Very Real and they will come for us in 2012

Sure, its possible, But a great many deal of other things are possible too. Thats really a what if kind of conjecture, nobody can dispute your question, so I am wondering what exactly you are trying to accomplish with this qustion.

So this is are essentially miniaturized version of Dyson Sphere or similar structure that Contains Supermassive Black hole of galaxy center
