A man from Israel using the name Uri Brodsky is suspected of working for a foreign spy agency in Germany. Brodsky is believed to have helped issue a fake German passport to a member of the Mossad hit squad allegedly behind the killing of Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in January, a German spokesman told The Associated Press.

Police in the United Arab Emirates said the elaborate hit squad linked to the Jan. 19 slaying in Dubai of al-Mabhouh — one of the founders of Hamas' military wing — involved some 25 suspects, most of them carrying fake passports from European nations.

Israel continues to flaunt international law by using fake passports to go around assassinating their so-called enemies. In this case, one of the founders of Hamas, the legally elected government of Gaza.

Israel routinely commits terrorists acts that are several times worse than anything the Palestinians can throw at them. And all the while pleading how poor and oppressed they are, everyone out to destroy them. If they really wanted international sympathy they would quit being so heavy-handed in their 'justice.'

I'm happy that Europe is standing up to these criminals. Hopefully they extradite him so he can stand trial and, if justice is served, send him to prison for life.

I heard on the news today that Germany wanted Poland to send him back to them and Israel asked Poland not to turn him in, so do you think that he will be escorted to Germany or to Israel ?

I hope they send him to Germany to stand trial.

But I don't know if it will happen. Like a spoiled child, Israel always seems to get their way.

If there is an European Warrant on him issued by Germany, Poland HAS to by EU law.
I've been arrested on a EU warrant and I fought against it in court. Even providing evidence that suggests that you're innocent doesn't matter.
You can explain it to the judge in the country you're wanted was the answer.
