GOVERNMENT created STARGATE

I found a post on this site(cant find it anymore) dealing with the idea that the government has created its own stargate that allows us to see other worlds located at los alamos. Can any one find any links? Or give me what additional information they know about this project?

To think, you would have to be one of the best physicists in the world to get something to work like that(if it exists).
