As long as people hate me for what I am there will be war.

As long as governments seek to take away my God given rights there will be war.

As long as the religion of peace continue to blow up innocent people in there Jihad, there will be war.

As long as powers try to infringe on my welfare, there will be war.

As long as my children have to live in fear there will be war.

As long as someone uses force against me there will be war.

Until Jesus returns there will be war.

When Jesus returns there will be peace at last, but even then it will be after war.

As long as evil exists there will be war.

To those who posted to the effect that this is part of a natural cycle of building and releasing tension, it reminded me of this article from Fred on Everything:

www.fredoneverything.net...

It's worth a read. I think the author would completely agree with the OP.

You forgot to add something to your list:

As long as religion in any form exists, there will be war.

As long as christians continue attempting to impose their beliefs and "morality" on the masses, there will be war.

I like the gist of your post. I have tried to say this before on immigration threads but it seemed like a moot point.

We are all humans. We live on a tiny rock at the edge of a vast galaxy in an inconceivably huge universe. We all want the same thing: we just want to be happy. We don't want to have to struggle our whole lives in search of a dream we may never attain. We should share this planet with each other. We should all be on the lookout to help our fellow man as if we were all family.

TPTB constantly divide us. They use ideologies, race, borders, geography and even economic status to play us against each other like a giant chess game. They use the media to make us all afraid of each other. We all are made to think our nextdoor neighbor is a child molestor or a rapist or murderer. Media like movies and Dateline NBC have shaped this view.

So many people even in here at ATS play into this its not funny. Democrats, Republicans, Mexicans, Americans, Jews, Blacks, Whites, Chinese, etc. are all just labels to propagate divisivness in humankind. As long as humanity believes in these labels, as long as they believe that everyone is basically bad and needs to follow rules and laws like a well trained dog, as long as they believe no one is to be trusted TPTB will continue to be in control and there will always be war.

Until each and every one of us can honestly admit that we are wrong, the conflicts that have, historically, currently, and in the future, will lead to violence and war will continue.

And escalate.

Because we were "born to learn", even if what we are learning is how better to kill ourselves.

People want to avoid difficult or negative topics sometimes, myself included.

The web and places like this can facilitate some of the positive change by people discussing things. It really depends what our actions are after all the talk is done.

I fear you may be right! There is a war coming and it is the war to end all wars. There may be some amongst us that want this war but the majority do not.

The elites want this war more than any. What would help them with population reduction more than us killing eachover off.

Governments start wars, We die fighting them!

I will tell you one thing I WILL NOT FIGHT THIS WAR! I hope everyone joins me in this. What if we said NO! we will not fight anymore. I fear they would kill us anyway.

Bombs will fly,
People will die,
The ground will shake with the drums of war but,
let us say no more,
let us say we have had enough!

I don't excuse Hitler for his own actions, but who enabled him to get so far? You don't get anywhere without others help.

"you dont get anywhere without anothers help"

mostly correct. and why do they help you? because it suits them to either make a profit, or achieve some peculiar aim, revenge or other satisfaction. and why does the helper want that? because the thoughts regarding that aspect of his personality are quite strong, originating god knows where, and when satisfied they subside giving him a feeling of joy.

that joy was always his nature -------but was obscured by the thought. so because he identified with that thought he got sucked into the endless drama.

and so on and so on.

and before that and prior to that.

even fleas
have things that bite 'em
and on and on,
ad infinitum.

Man loses job, loses house, becomes unable to support family. His madness turns him to the army.

Man graduates college, no jobs to be found, he feels a yearning to "man-up". He joins the army.

Man finishes high school, sees no opportunities in his community, he joins the army...

It's obvious that we're overpopulated, and now out of jobs for many of the younger men.

The obvious solution is to round them up and have them off each other.

World War 3 is not only inevitable, it's right around the corner.

The wisest and most clever will find a way out of the front-lines.

Eugenics, plain and simple.

Personally, I think we're well over due to rid this planet of the mindless idiots. Any rational being who has seen statistics on lower IQ and it's effects on society, and also that lower IQ adults are much more promiscuous, sleeping with multiple partners, and deserting their children, would agree.

let's just say that as long as two forces are willing to stand up for what they believe there will be war. Even for those whose religion is no religion. If you believe in peace so strongly are you willing to fight for it? Or, will you just roll over and let others trample you in your pacifism?

I fear you are right. The jobs that are available are beginning to be mostly government jobs or military service. We are funneled right into some peoples plans. The plans for us to serve for instead of along side.

A pyramidal structured society always does one thing best, and that is to fall in the end. Consolidation of power leads to the death of independent thinking. People are afraid to tell their masters about the failures, so they hide it...until the tree rots from the roots and the system is gone.

I've seen this in big companies with a dictator at the helm. People don't offer suggestions for fear of getting in the target sights if things don't work out. People keep useful ideas quiet and the company slowly withers.

Can we challenge others without destroying them and destroying our human morals. I know so ex-coworkers that we so good at game playing and making office politics work to their devious advantages. They slayed people's careers by words alone.

Can we contain the beasts among us without slaying them?

When enough people become unemployed they will demonstrate and likely even riot.

We may be on the news in Greece with our riot dogs.

I don't even think electing new and improved politicians will turn
things around.

TPTB are like a cancer on society. They need to be radiated.

In short the answer is no. Those that wish to oppress others and take advantage of them must be completely destroyed. Evil is evil. I take it that you have never seen true evil? Should Hitler have been allowed to live? Look at the opression brought on by Stalin, Lenin, Mao, Jong, Amin and others. They ruled with an iron fist. there religion of no religion killed in upwards of 100 million people. There is no living with evil. I would give you sciptural evidence, but you obviously are not interested in religious views.

Your views of christianity are bent at best. Without a doubt many were killed because of it, not because the word said so but because man corrupted it and used it to propagate hate. Jesus came in peace and gave up his life the first time. The second will be with sword in hand. There is a lesson there if wish to see it.

We have rulers for a reason. If we were intellectually capable of ruling ourselves, we would. Ultimately, the power rests with the numbers, with the people, yet we give this away because we choose to remain unconscientious.

A pyramidal structured society always does one thing best, and that is to fall in the end. Consolidation of power leads to the death of independent thinking. People are afraid to tell their masters about the failures, so they hide it...until the tree rots from the roots and the system is gone.

All societies that I'm aware of are hierarchical. The reason for this is stated above. It's not merely to consolidate power, it's to force the intellectually inept into conforming for their own good. If the structure was non-hierarchical, it would implode. The people are not ready.

I've seen this in big companies with a dictator at the helm. People don't offer suggestions for fear of getting in the target sights if things don't work out. People keep useful ideas quiet and the company slowly withers.

It's a necessary trade-off. If people were allowed to be truly free throughout the 21st century, a collapse of economy and environment would surely occur. The party is over. We've had our time to choose our course of action. We didn't listen to scientists. We were unwise. The price to pay is mass conformity to a system not of our making. Just go to the UN's website and read through the pdf for agenda 21, sustainable development. It's all there for anyone to see.
