I have been experiencing alot of deja vu lately. I'm talking like 2 or 3 times a week. I am sitting at the kitchen table talking to my family and I feel like we've all been there before, in the exact same positions talking about the same thing. It's weird. Has anyone else been experiencing this. Does having deja vu mean anything?

There's a lot of theories and threads about the meaning of deja vu. Assuming deja vu does not have a pyschic connection, then I would think its the notion of history repeating itself on a global scale from what we know about history.

hi kaos, yes i experience this often, as though im re-living an event. Who knows, there are a number of reasons this could be occuring. Human Beings are such complex creatures, created matter yet intelligent. We're entering into a new dimentional shift of awareness now which could credit in part why this is happening to so many.

Funnily enough, I have not had a full-on experience of deja vu all year. Plenty of other enlightening stuff, but no deja vu.

Hi kaos, Yes I have had plenty of what you call " deja vu". I started having those visions at the age of 16, I am now in my 40's. The first time I had a vision, I had the same vision for 3 nights in a row...... 2 weeks later with out realizing it my "vision" was occurring and played out exactly how I had seen it in my "vision"(dreams). I had my 6 mo., old son and a friend with me, in my mom's new car we were on a gravel road and I lost control and flipped it on it's (car) top in a deep ditch, no one was hurt.

When my cousin and his wife disappeared ( they were murdered) and there was a search party out looking for the bodies, I told my husband(x now), that my cousin was on a dirt road ( not traveled much ) with high dirt walls on both sides of the road ( hills), he was dead, he had been shoot many times but his wife wasn't with him, I told him I could see the road in my vision, but did not know where it was located at, I then told him (my x ), that my cousin's wife was also dead, she had been shoot many times too and she was around water. A few days later, the police had a pyschic from Calif., come in. She seen the same things that I did but she was able to make out a road marker and some other things in her visions to help the police find my cousin's body. His wife's body didn't turn up until I think it was in Jan.,( of the year they were murdered), two boys checking their traps found her partially sub-mergered body in the creek-bed.
They caught the killers,... one of them was a cousin of my cousin's wife, the killers forced the wife to open the bank on aSat./ Sunday ( she worked there and had keys ) or they would kill my cousin ( he was already dead but she didn't know that at the time).

I could keep on telling you different things thats been in the "deja vu" mode, but it would take forever.

But to get to the point: I spoke to my dad who does people's birth/stars/charts about the visions that I get/have and he said that because of my time/day of birth and being an Aquarius with a capricorn rise, that I have ESP and if this was so, then I need to learn how to channel it in a way that could prevent "somethings" that I see before they happen, not to happen with the same out-come that was in the vision , if it was bad or cause bad things to happen.
If I'm with other people and we're doing something that looks " deja vu" to me and i realize I already know what the outcome is going to be , if it's not a good outcome, then I'll do something or say something totally different, to make the change happen, so no one is hurt, physically or mentally and the outcome is different from what was in my vision.

A deja-vu is usually a glitch in the Matrix. It happens when they change something.

Heehee, sorry, had to.

I get this a lot as well, where I know that I've seen it in a dream before and I don't have to think about where I've seen it, just deep in my head I know. It's quite weird and it puts me straight on to thinking about life etc. all over again. In the past year or so I've started to become very sceptical about afterlife, the human soul and such, almost to the point of depression. However when I get this deja vu feeling something seems to click that suggests that maybe I'm wrong. Maybe it's just a teenage stage, I don't know. It interests me a lot though.

I had a wicked case of it last night. It is somehow creepy and liberating at the same time don't you think?

I think the machines finally realized that we know what the matrix is and they have to keep changing it or else they know someone will crack it and let everyone escape all at once.

Don't worry the time will come when we crack the matrix....

I recently moved into a new house and I've had extreme deja vu at least once a day since then. I say extreme because I keep a dream journal, so I can actually point to a time where I dreamed about being in that location and certain things happening for some of the events. Others are just overwhelming feelings.

I have been getting alot of Deja Vu recently about little things like sitting with my family or something happenning at school. Maybe it could have something to od with all those posts about odd things with electricity happenning. Like some world wide paranormal event.

hi,
i read somewhere not long ago

that deja vu happens because of a fault in memory placement
in the brain.

like e.g.
when ur sitting with ur family talking about something
the information goes straight into a part of the brain(memory)
that instantly recognizes it in real time.

but sometimes this goes the wrong way into a part of the brain
where u keep the things that happend a long time a go

creating the illusion that u remember it happening before

(scientests have discoverd memory is kept in different parts 1 for imideate
and 1 for long term and such

i get the feeling often, and apart from headaches its the most horrid feeling. its like not knowing something, or forgeting something. almost like there is something you should now at that moment.

either that i have actualy done that certain thing before in the exact same way, and it is my mind playing tricks.

either way i find ot a confusing beast
