I do't see the point.. State Defence Forces that are legal and acting for the betterment of the state to protect that state when the Federal cannot
is no big deal.. They are legal, this is the way it should be.. and is..
Each state has its own constitution.. it's own in house governance. The only time feds come into the picture is if the state breaks fed laws or tries
to impose its will on other states.. which is not happening here.
Likewise, if the Feds are out of line, legally the state can defend itself against the federal government.
Sheriff's and their jurisdictions are not subject to Federal rules in many cases. Just because the feds are the feds, does not give them the legal
right or authority to come into a state and bully it's sheriff.
