Screen Shot of the Live Leak on CNN, What is this??

I have been rotating the live cams of the oil leak from CNN, just saw this...what is it?


Was this some sort of camera "white out" effect?

ETA: the feed is now gone, however the other one is still there

It looks the the start of the visual where they spell out "CNN".

That or the Kraken awakening.

I thought that, it was frozen on that image, usually they just go to black when the feed ends or malfunctions...neat looking anyway.

That was a picture that was sitting there for about 20 mins. First time i went to look at the leak live, that's what i saw.

Nothing but a picture of the cosmos. Doesn't even look real.

its the default mac leopard snow wallpaper.

no conspiracy here......i think...mac is taking over a desktop near you.

The oil leak just opened up a worm hole and we are jumping to light speed...buckle up everyone.

Ahahaha! At first the only thing that popped into my head was the beings from the Abyss movie! Im glad this got figured out hehe

Look at this shot and watch the current move the camera. www.bp.com...
Several of the ROVs are down right now and one looks like a broken came hanging from the surface. Looke like the current is pretty brisk down there. The oil must be creating the current. I has to be coming out with a lot of force to cause that much movement that far down.
