i dont know where to put this but all cell phones in canada are not working

so all the cellphones in canada have zero service. is this happening in the states or anywhere. else. ???????

BellAliant service is running fine.. Been using it all day. Probably Rogers phones. hehe.

My boyfriend's phone wasn't working this morning when his boss tried to call him. He has pay and talk and unlimited minutes for his boss, but it was like he had no minutes and he had to use the landline.

from what my sister told me its different providers and different areas having this problem
