While I'm not fully convinced your decoding of this comic will be accurate or just speculation, something you wrote caught my attention:

I have seen alot of cases where the Illuminati and "TPTB", do seem to be letting us in on the secret through coded or subliminal messages. A good website that does a good job at decoding these messages in the media and hidden in logos and buildings is VigilantCitizen.com.

I've read that it is neccesary for these secret societies to expose their plans to the public before putting it into action, for we have to be told whats going to happen for us to be participents in the sacrificial ritual. Appearently, it has something to do with black magic. They need willing participents for it to work and the more participents they get in the ritual, the bigger the reaction to the ritual for what is was intended for. They just use trickery to get us to comply with their agenda.

I'm not saying I believe all this, just that through my research of similar subjects, I do see some correlation to the Illuminati needing to inform us first. Take it for what it's worth and nothing else.

This sounds very plausible to me... especially when you see that 9/11/2001 also had those weird numbers games in it... the date was XXX days from the Oklahoma bombing or some such, and the same number of days away from something else. (I forgot the details.)

However, I wonder if the "rooftop heating and cooling systems" in itself may not be a codeword for the sky... could this be a planned EMP attack, with nuclear devices exploded in the atmosphere?

It seems logical when you see they say that England, Canada, the US, and Mexico will "die." Could it be lights out for the whole North American continent?

Look, its one thing to believe the conspiracy about an elite one percent of society that is controlling everything to benefit themselves, but, its another to assume that they plan on sacrificing you to some unknown idol.

Yes, there are evil men who control the banking system (bankers) that promotes wars where they can profit from death. Yes there are people who profit from destruction so that they can get contracts to rebuild. Yes there are people who lie to us incessantly and invade countries so that they can rape other lands and civilizations of their natural resources...But, Blood sacrifice?

I think you may be reading too much David Icke. Don't get me wrong, I am aware that there are places that practice cannibalism, and there are plenty of Satanists around the world, but, you'll find that most of them don't practice "Blood Sacrifice."

Anyway, the conspiracy world is one full of paranoia and imagination, and limits you to a very narrow way of viewing the world. Instead of always looking for sheer evil in every corner, why don't you go out and live a fun, healthy, and wonderful life. Its good to be educated on information so that you are updated with pertinent information, but, there's a time when the lid should be put on it, so that you don't fall down a rabbit hole of pure negativity.

In part 5 slide #8 there is another ID card picture, I did notice it was not hex code but as far as I can tell it's Base64. The code is: SGF0aCBDYWR3YWwgbm93IHRvIGdpdmUgaXQgbW90aW9uPw==

The translation is:

I don't know if it means anything but I thought it would be worth posting.

I've been guilty of saying bone-headed things myself, but my mother pointed out a story just this week, where a kid was on some networking site and threatening to commit suicide. Everybody there goaded him on and on, and gave him suggestions until he stopped posting. Somebody eventually got worried and called authorities, and they got their in time to clean up the mess and perform the autopsy!
