Well spotted!

I zoomed in on both and I would go for the water droplet theory. The storm may not have hit but you often get odd rain drops before a storm that do not seem to be in the main body of the storm.

The only problem with the object being a balloon is this photo is facing east at about 10 minutes to 10 am. Unless the sun is reflecting off the top of the clouds and hitting the object from underneath?

Yeah I can't make out what the second object is..

But depending on times of the images it MAY be the object descending THEREFORE would not be a balloon.

That's a light on the side of the house not a hose.

Does not look like a water droplet - it's a shame more frames aren't available to prove it further.

I don't see anything in the second pic.

I think if it was a balloon the edges would be more pronounced and we might see some color.

OMG UFO IMO, but whatcha gonna do?
