If you just go to Yonhaps site, you'll see a big red blinking urgent next to this heading that I'd posted.

I've followed yonhapnews for awhile & I have never seen an red urgent next to a headline.

Looks important.

I'll keep updating as more info comes in. If anyone else get more, please add. Thankyou.

Looks like North Korea at South Korea's attempt to destroy North Korea's image.

Ok, Yonhap just updated itself. They took off the red blinking urgent on their main page. But here's alittle more info.

SEOUL, May 26 (Yonhap) -- North Korea warned Wednesday it will block South Korean personnel and vehicles at their joint estate if Seoul resumes its anti-Pyongyang broacasts along the border.

Lets see what SKorea's response will be. Will they keep up their anti-NKorean broadcasts or will they allow their personnel be held "hostage" in NKorea?

lol now they're telling them to get out.
go figure. what's the real story here?
are they in or are they out?

SEOUL, May 26 (Yonhap) -- North Korea told South Korean government personnel Wednesday to leave their joint factory complex in the communist state, an official here said, as tension flares on the peninsula over the sinking of a South Korean warship in March.

Edit: bad grammar

LOL!

What image does N Korea have? A bunch of backwater yokels cut off from the rest of the world with a crazy psychopathic child molestor for a leader. That is hard to beat.

IMO they won't take them ``hostage`` they will just expel them and forbid them to enter the complex...

They are not keeping them inside...

Well that's my take on it.... but if you're right and they are keeping them hostage... This is it...

Hello Vitchilo,
I agree w/ you, I don't want to see this escalating anymore(we have enough on our plate).

The smart move that SKorea could do is, turn off the broadcasts until they get their personnel back & once they do, turn the speakers back on and play Team America theme....

Honestly, I don't think NKorea would put them in a labor camp or anything. There would be too much international pressure against that, it simply wouldn't fly.

This is a good tactical move on NKorea's part. Tell SKorea to get out and then hold them in NKorea. The ball is now back in SKorea's court.

Now it says they are letting them in?

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea allowed South Korean workers on Wednesday to enter a joint industrial park that is a lucrative source of income for the Pyongyang government, despite having said a day earlier it was cutting all ties with the South.

Yeah it was to keep them hostage. It was a trap.

If they really did that, they really have big balls.

In other news, Clinton is now in South Korea...

Come on North Korea, attack the South now and DO THE WORLD A FAVOUR AND GET RID OF HILLARY!

Now that wasn't very nice. Dont you know Hillary is our secret weapon. When the North Koreans start storming accross the border she is going to turn around and look at them and turn them into a pillar of salt.

That was a good one. Alot of people would agree.

Outside of H.C. in SKorea, now they're having a theater festival to get people thinking about war?

Threats of war and retaliation over Pyongyang's sinking of a South Korean warship are being exchanged daily across the inter-Korean border, with tension resonating in media throughout the globe and dizzying stock markets.

This kind of thing just keeps setting alarms off in my head. It's like watching a slow fuse and being too far away to put it out.

I suppose we will not need to be too worried until either people start fleeing to Japan and the US or they are ordered to be evacuated by the SKorean government. Problem with that measurement was that they were reporting on the news that NKorea could basically level most of the major northern population centers in a couple hours at any time. Doesn't exactly give you much time to get out of the way, huh?
