"Plantiff, Defendant" (state of mind)

Is it murdering when a plantiff force (even compel) a defendant to commit such a terrible suicide?

I know two which are guilty in being about to pull off such the thing.

Say, what would it take for you all to be forced into a suicide by somebody else?
Explain what would have to be going on in your mind first before you would do something so terrible like that. Or do you believe that thing could never happen to you any day? If you answer with a"Yes!" to this, then what makes you so sure that you even know yourself like that to even know beforehand that such a thing could never happen to you any day at all?

In my book, no person knows themself, but persons like to front and make white lie claims as if they do know themself. So also in my book, somebody with a plan to compel you into committing a form of suicide can happen to you. It can happen to the best of you when you just think about it. Murderers who are mighty don't get their hands dirty, especially when such murderers are extreme prejudice to not even want to lay a finger on a certain other wanted dead or alive.

So, let those that claim they know themself phsychologically be a straight up liar. Let those that see any which see through them be in fear of that any. Besides, you are quite simply punk'd when you allow fear to be so stronger than love. Do people not recall? Indeed they do have things serving as truth prior in life abundant. The skill and talent of mighty murderers get told. The game should be sold.

Forced into suicide? I guess technically if you die by your own hand its suicide, but if someone forces you to do it, they would be a murderer.

Are you saying that you predict people being forced to kill themselves? I can never tell what the heck your point is...

A plaintiff would not be on trial, they are arguing against the other side, which would be the defendant.

How does this match, your opening statement about a plaintiff being held responsible? A defendant would be held responsible, not a plaintiff. A defendant might have been responsible for another persons life, being taken away, due to suicide, because of how they treated them.

People who are misstreated, and feel they don't have any other options in life, might pick suicide. No other way out.

Sure did. I stated I'll be going places and seeing people by next month AS THE REASON, and it's along with certain genuine action I must take on that I will like taking on. That means I'll be gone by next month. Think ATS will loose its edge when I'm gone? Not enough free spirit types like I that I've noticed. Too many same as the next orientated members I've noticed.

I'll admit I don't know everything about myself well, but this is something I feel sure of: I feel life is worth living for the sake of living, even during the bad times.

In a more general case, I can see how muder by driving someone to suicide works but would require a large control over the vitims life. This would provide plenty of evidence of the deed. Sadly I don't the courts would bring the guilty party to justice most of the time.

It's an infinite say against the hypocrites, and then it's an infinite say formula/method to go on without the hypocrites. And it's an infinite do against the hypocrites, and then it's an infinite do formula/method to go on without the hypocrites. And it turned out to have been one of these one way or the other ordeals.

Your threads are terrible. Your title does absolutely not reflect the content of your posts. Ever. What on earth does plaintiff and defendant have to do with forced suicide?
