IMO, they are guinea pigs and in time the policy will be extended to cover more people who just might be Americans.

Right, if someone is breaking the law they don't deserve any rights, ever. Or at least that is what the people who support that kind of treatment believe. Its absolutely repulsive and clearly the US is a police state right now. German treated the Jews like filth and right now the US is treating Mexican immigrants like filth. Its very much comparable to the lead-up to the rise of Nazi Germany where just like then complete idiots would blame the bad economy on Jews today people in the US people blame the bad economy on Mexicans and foreigners as if it weren't 100% the fault of the US Federal Reserve and a host of other white people destroying the country.
