Bob Lazar always said that Dr. Edward Teller was responsible for getting him into the back-engineering program at Papoose Site 4. From what he was taught ('truth' or 'disinformation') by his supervisors, Lazar said on his video that one of the keys was an element that did not naturally occur on Earth. He was part of a team that analyzed the element and characterized as Element-115. The so-called strong nuclear force (or "color force") was able to extend beyond the nucleus of this element in such a way that its "wave" could be tapped and amplified in such a matter as to interact-with to negate normal gravity's effects. Under proton bombardment, it transmuted into Element-116 which rapidly decayed released an anti-proton in the process. The ETs used this to generate electrical power via a unique crystalline material that appeared to "beat" the second law of thermodynamics (by accessing the ZPE ???). Lazar said he was initially hired to replace one of the scientists that was killed when they tried to cut open a working ET reactor in an underground blast shelter.

When asked on camera if he knew of any other nuclear process (other than fission or fusion), Dr. Teller idignantly said he would sit there silently and "shut-up" if that question were posed to him again. When the interviewer asked if he could just say 'yes' or 'no' to whether he knew Bob Lazar, Dr. Teller again said he would just sit there silently.

This clip is available in either Windows Media Player or Real Player versions. But it is ZIP-ped. So you have to have a zip/unzip utility on your computer (this is a free download from many sites). You can download this 800-KB zipped clip from Item #N at www.stealthskater.com... . (e-mail [email protected] if you have any trouble unzipping)

The whole Lazar story is one I've researched quite a bit. The remarkable thing about it isn't as much the claims he makes but the facts. It is easy to see that SOMEONE did make drastic efforts to refute his past and credentials, but fragments (factual fragments) do exist. Also, there is the issue with element 115. If you look at an atomic table, you'll see that element 115 would be directly below Bismuth. Bismuth is known for it's diamagnetic properties...(in fact, you can make it levitate between magnets, etc. ) Elements of the same column tend to have similar properties, so it's pretty intriguing... Lets face it, it was pretty refreshing to hear someone come out and say, "hey, I know how these things work..." His story just seems to "fit" very well, and I'm usually pretty skeptical...
