Townies/Charves/Neds

Townies, you wont know that term unless your from the UK.
They're the low class scum of the earth, the sort who sit on street corners, in bus stops and the like drinking 'white lightening' or other cheap cider/beer/lager. The ones who stand around shops askin you to buy fags or stand there intimidating old women. They frown upon anyone who has anythin midly to do with rock, a skateboard/BMX or doesn't listen to 'garage' music! They annoy the merry # outta me, dunno about you lot... they should all be , or :bash: to death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

White Trash seens to be the equvalent in the US.

Also, they wear the stupidest clothes known to man - Burberry caps, trackie pants tucked into white socks, huge amounts of fake gold jewellry - why don't they realise they look like clowns?

Just remembered a great site about townies/neds etc. in Glasgow. I think its funny anyway.

Never go to Glasgow!
