Perhaps this is the prism being visible as when light passes through chemical substance above it is making the appearance of the rainbow even more prominent. A high concentrated dose of extremely low frequency waves being visible as those with little ELF activity this is not so visible on.

This I'm trying to track down but there was a 5,4 recently reported in Puerto Rico. Pacific Plate "The Ring of Fire", North American Plate, South American Plate, Carribean Plate, Nazca Plate, Cocos Plate, Philipine Plate and the Eurasian Plate seem to be the only ones affected.

Hey I just lost this post, so here goes again.

I posted a few days back that we witnessed one over in Helsinki. Well today, now, there is another big beautiful one and I managed to take a picature that actually came out!

What is strange is that there have been reports of a big earthquake in Iceland and the bigger volcano is stirring.

Bad news for me. I live in Los Angeles. I don't see no rainbow clouds ATM though.

Quite simply it means the "The Sky is Falling"!

Corrected in quote. The crud is so thick that it's now being visible in the form of rainbows. Does anyone know the angle the sunrays are coming in on compared to The Earth's current location in it's orbit as this could be in effect bending the light which has rarely happened. The angle of the rays looks to be too flat.
