It is no consolation and they are most likely lying but I heard that some of this footage represents a gushing foaming effect that makes it look worse than it is. It is a disaster. It makes me sick and at times when I think everything's OK I remember and get a little nauseous.

Why can't they stick a pipe inside this one and capture some of this oil?
Why do we allow BP to work on this essentially alone when it is a catastrophe of Federal proportions?

Dispersant's sound like a good way to make an intolerable situation worse.
