I've been doing a lot of cooking (Ok, chicken breast on a foreman grill), and the only jerk marinade I've found is mediocre. I was wondering if
anyone had a favorite recipe for jerk rub/marinade that they'd be willing to share so I can make food that's more than simply 'edible'.
It's not a "jerk" marinade, but the McCormick "Mesquite" marinade is awesome on chicken in the Foreman Grill.... Delicious, and has a little bit
of a kick to it....
