The columns and arches are not typical for Western architecture. It could be specifically designed with that style, but I would suspect it would be Eastern.

It is quite curious.

I'm sure I'll watch it JUST to see if their pathetic tactics have expanded or been manipulated into something more viable, but I highly doubt it.

By the way, when you slap people in the face with the truth, their only capable response will ever be to the immediate pain of the slap - never realizing the truth in the palm.

I think the location is St Andrews Hall in the Kremlin. Not 100% sure, but hope it helps.

The video you're wondering about was taken at The Kremlin where President Obama recently signed a Nuclear Weapons Treaty with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

I found a picture showing them sitting at the desk that's on the left side of the video with the flags in the background and the podiums as shown in the video. Obama's even wearing the same red tie with white spots.
