Is the gov targeting United States citizens as terrorists?

The laws recently introduced seem to be dual use,based on the state department and dod's definition of terrorist.

They need to specify that those engaged in Islamic jihad are the target. Using the term "terrorist" is a ploy so that they can apply it will nilly to any citizen they deem undesirable, a socialists wet dream.

But since no one is allowed to talk about muslims or jihad for some strange reason, the term "terrorist" will stick.

The reason why the rhetoric and proposed laws make no sense, is because they are focusing on the liberties of citizens of this country.

I think they have the laws already defined as what treason is a citizen who makes war against the United States and gives comfort to its enemies.
Potential penalty is death heredity assets of the convicted can be seized.

No additional laws are needed.

The military handles non citizens that make war against the United States.


The weird thing is that John Mccains bill allows the military to sieze a U.S. Citizen if that person is deemed a Threat .
When the law passes, The president gets to define what constitutes this threat.Effectively making a blank law for the president to write.

Don't get caught buying anything from "certain" convenience stores.

You could possibly be arrested for contributing to terrorism.

In the future once full blown domestic terrorism has broken out on US soil the CIA will not hesitate to assassinate the movement leaders . As the Mossad has found out in the past sometimes innocent people catch a bullet . I also expect the use of torture and preventive detention on US citizens .
