Can someone explain this?? A brown dwarf near the sun?

And it looks like on the picture thats it move and getting a little bigger...??

The article is very clear that this object is 9 light years away. A number of brown dwarfs have been found around that distance. Remember that the closest regular star, one undergoing fusion, is 4.3 light years away.

The reason that it is Jupiter sized is that objects from 1 to 40 Jupiter masses range from the size of Jupiter to about 15% more in diameter. The object is essentially denser as more mass is added.

The article never provides source info that I see. Is softpedia like wiki for journalists that can just post what they want? If so this is to be ignored.

If true maybe disclosure is on its way. Just wishful thinking on my part.

Take a look at today's LASCO C3 images...It's HUGE and it even got a clearly visible Tail
