WAHINGTON DC: Traces of uranium have been found in Antarctic ice, say scientists, and they believe it may have been carried on the wind from Australia's three massive uranium mines.

According to Ricardo Jana, a geophysicist at the Chilean Antarctic Institute in Punta Arenas, trace uranium levels were found in parts per quadrillion-level (ppq) concentrations which started rising from 1995 and have correlated with the increase in Australia's uranium production since then.

Is it really carried in the wind from Australia? Certainly possible. Is it also possible that the uranium was there before? Perhaps from an ancient struggle that ended with nuclear detonation? There are descriptions of nuclear weapons being used in the Bhagavad Gita. That link takes you to a thread by Serbsta that describes what could possibly have been nuclear weapons in ancient times.

The uranium levels can also be a lot higher after all the depleted uranium used in the middle east.

Sandstorms there get particles high enough to drop everywhere.

Forget the Ancient Nuclear Wars, what about the fact that these tiny particles of Uranium are likely to be able to be carried all over the planet and end up in our lungs? That's a big worry if that indeed happened with the fallout from all the Atomic detonations.

The article says the uranium was found in core samples. I wonder how deep they took the core samples. It's likely the Australian mines were not being excavated at the time at that depth considering the snow cover layering.

Most people should remember that there is a huge mountain range under the ice. There's a couple thousand feet of ice covering the tops of those mountains. The uranium could have come from the geology of antartica.

You're right, and I'm glad it didn't take long for someone to notice the real conspiracy theory here: that uranium particles have dangerously vast travel capabilities. It is my belief that so much of the cancer we have in America is due at least in part if not ENTIRELY to fallout from nuclear tests in our deserts. That's the real conspiracy theory.
